Sooo hab gerad mal ne schicke Mail versand an Samanta Russel von Codemasters, hab die Arbeit des CBs von HQ vorgestellt und das wir gerne auch für Satine/Codemasters Support stellen würden. Antwort ist noch nicht da, aber ich denke sie wird positiv ausfallen. Ich habe mich dann auch gleich nach den Kontakten zu LotR-O in Deutschland erkundigt, da Samanta ja Englisch/USA Raum ist.
Mal schauen was sie dazu sagt^^

i am the "Community advisor" for LotR at www.hdrhq.de. You can say i am one of the assistants of HQ|Buccane, who already has introduced himself to you. My real Name is Ivo and my Nick at hdrhq is HQ|faramir-souldrive.
My services at HDRHQ.de are to manage problems and wiches from the community. Most of time i get bugreports or questions which have something to do with "LotRO" or Ea`s "Battle for Middle Earth".
And now i want to ask a question. Is there any possibility to get a connection to the german support of LotRO, because i sometimes i may have questions about LotRO, or maybe some Users of our website have questions or wiches.
Another service, i am responsible for, is to organise contest, for example mapping contests e.g. Its difficult to organise a mapping contest for LotRO, i know ;-) , but i am also responsible for other contests like for example the beta key contest with Buccane, where users wrote their argument for getting a key.
I hope now, i haven`t evoked problems in your community structure by contacting you.
